Jake Arnold is a native Texan from Bullard, Texas. He is a sculptor whose sculpture is
made of wood, metal, ceramic or any combination of the three. His work is influenced
by the strength and simplicity of the natural world, southwestern outsider artists,
surreal abstractions of the human form, and academic sculptural formalism. Jake is
interested in the intangible, undefinable connection made between his work and
the viewer and how that circuit creates a relationship in the space separating all three.
